+To build your own copy of HWIF.LIB

+Make sure that the OOP component of the SDK has been installed,
+as well as the CORE and HWIFSRC components.
+
+In the HWIFSRC directory, type "MAKE".
+
+The HWIF.LIB created should differ in only four bytes - a date stamp in
+the library header - from that installed into \SIBOSDK\LIB from the HWIF
+component of the SDK.
