Corrects the git-network-ops memory. The code.emmathe.dev key is now loaded in the ssh-agent, so git push to Gitea works with the sandbox off (needs the agent socket + ~/.ssh/known_hosts), and PRs are raised via the tea CLI (logged in as lyrathorpe). Hand-off to Lyra is now only the fallback if the key drops from the agent. Docs-only; formatted with nix fmt.
