Extends home/claude/memory/git_commit_signing.md: a %G?=N result plus the gpg.ssh.allowedSignersFile error means git cannot verify the signature locally, not that the commit is unsigned. Documents how to confirm the real state via the gpgsig header and how to enable local verification. Docs-only; formatted with nix fmt.
