Adds a reference memory (home/claude/memory/jira_wsp_fields.md) documenting the WSP Jira project field map: issue-type IDs, the six required Bug fields with their allowed values/option IDs and JSON shapes, the Task shortcut that avoids them, and platform-relevant component IDs. Speeds up future ticket creation and avoids repeated create-validation failures. Docs-only; formatted with nix fmt.
